I tried reaching out a few times about my order, but I never received any proper response. My emails basically went nowhere, and no one followed up with me. it was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a simple update. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again if this is how they handle customer support.

I grabbed this stuff for regular shop welding and it’s decent, but I wouldn’t call it amazing. The gloves fit well and handled the heat like they were supposed to, so no real complaints there. The jacket, though, was weirdly stiff and the sizing felt off, like maybe they’re using some secret size chart the rest of us aren’t allowed to see. Shipping was fine and everything showed up okay, but for actual daily welding, I expected it to be a little more dialed in. Not terrible, just not quite the solid win I was hoping for
